The challenge was to deliver a solution that could simplify complex planning frameworks while offering advanced features such as KPI tracking, risk management, Portfolio Management, dashboards, and integration with organizational capabilities.
Gathering and documenting comprehensive business and functional requirements to shape the application's core functionality.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define the MVP feature list and developed wireframes and user flows covering strategy planning, goal setting, OKRs, and project tracking.
Defining use cases for KPI measurement, risk and issue management, and strategic alignment with organizational capabilities.
Designing test scenarios and supporting QA activities.
Leading the development of strategic dashboards and reporting views, including OKR-level reports, company-wide insights, and SWOT visualizations.
